what is your return policy?
since we are a small business, unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns/exchanges once your order is submitted. however, if we are at fault (sending a damaged item, wrong item shipped, etc) we will of course process a refund or send a replacement.
how should i wash my socks?
machine wash cold with similar colors and turn socks inside out to protect the grip over time
how fast do you ship?
we will always try our best to ship within 3-5 days and standard shipping time is 4-6 days!
what to do if my order is not delivered?
we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped. all shipments come with a tracking number, so you can track your package's progress. in case of a lost or damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
